Welcome to the Official Sibes and Sled Dogs Website
As of 10/05/2016 – SASD has been given charity status. Our charity number is 1167029.
SASD is a dog rescue which deals primarily with Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes and other associated breeds. The rescue is funded by charity and fundraising events and donations from its members.
We currently do not have our own dedicated kennels, so rely on a network of foster homes across the country who take in rescue dogs until a forever home can be found.
We are always wanting more volunteers to become fosters and all dog rescues across the UK are full to the brim and then some so we need all the help we can get!
Any help is appreciated from fundraisers, transport helpers and general support working with the dogs.
As a group there are several weekly or monthly events and walks organised around the country. Check out our Facebook Page for more info.
